We keep the contact surface small on purpose. One inbox for support, one postal address for paper, and a couple of sub-addresses for things that don’t fit. There is no support phone line — not because we don’t care, but because a single operator on a phone is worse than a single operator reading every email in the order it arrives.

For anything about an order, a refund, a print question, a login issue, or a “the book arrived with a smudged page”, write to [s…@p…]. The address appears in the site footer rather than at the top of every page on purpose: we prefer that you try the self-service routes first, find them adequate, and reach us only when they are not. Median first response is the same afternoon; maximum we commit to is two business days.
